How safe is shopping on your store? Is my data secure and protected?
- Online shopping nowadays is SO common, and things have come a long way…so there is no need to worry! Lasorah uses PayFast, which is a third-party payment processor that has the highest security classification for online transactions.
- You don't have to register to buy from us, you can go straight through the checkout process as a guest, but you will surely be missing out on all the great features and offers that our members enjoy.
- Customer Reviews: Share photos and provide feedback about recent purchases.
- Email Updates: Get the latest scoop on promotions and events.
- Address Book: For a true time-saver, an address book will be stored within your account for easy check-out on your next purchases.
- Purchase history: Check past orders and order status online.
- Order confirmation emails are automatically generated when your order is placed. If you don't have one in your inbox please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes they can be hiding in there. If you can't find anything you should contact us to ensure your order has gone through before you place another order as this may result in the original being duplicated.
- Once you have paid, you will received a confirmation email with your order details. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.

Do you really hand-write the cards?
- Yes your message is written by a real person! We think our hand-writing is really nice! You can add your personal message to be included in your gift card after you add it to the cart. Please know that we write THE SAME THING what you have, so please check your message again before submitting.
If the order is a gift, will an invoice be sent to the receiver?
- No, we will always send the invoice via email. Please ensure you enter your email address.
- We are an online shop and we can not offer a physical shop experience. All the gifts orders can be placed online and delivered to your address or directly to the door of your recipient.
Does the price include delivery?
- Our courier rates start at R120.00 for delivery to your door. There is not a flat rate and there is a slight increase in rates the more you order.
How long does my product take to get to me?
- All orders are dispatched from our shop within 1-2 working days from receipt of order. If we cannot meet this target we will consult with you, our customer. Delivery times also vary based on product selected, so please check your individual product page for details. Shipping and estimated delivery time always relate to business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and excluding all South African Holidays.
Am I able to track my package?
- Yes. You have the option to sign-up for text or email notifications that will alert you of your order's status. Once your order has shipped, an email with your tracking number and information will automatically be emailed to the emailed provided at check-out.
Do you have Cash-On-Delivery Option?
- Sorry, We do not have COD services.
Can I be invoiced rather and EFT?
- Yes of course! Just email us the items you'd like to order, along with if you require shipping or not, and we'll email you an invoice with our banking details.

Do you only ship in South Africa?
- Yes, we currently only send within South Africa at the moment.
Can I add something to my order?
- We are unable to add another item to an order that has already been submitted. Once an order has been submitted, the information will be sent directly to our team for processing.
Are Gift Cards available?
- Yes, digital cards are available. Unfortunately, at this time, physical/plastic gift cards are not available.
I would like to purchase a gift card, what do I do?
- Simply click on menu, then "gift cards", use the drop down menu to select your desired amount, and add to your basket. When you have purchased your gift card, you will receive it via email. You can then forward this to the recipient to use on our website. Our vouchers do not have an expiry date.
Where can I use Gift Cards?
- You can you use your Lasorah Online Gift Card ONLY on the Lasorah Online Gift Shop at lasorah.co.za.
Can a Gift Card be used more than once?
- Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one Gift Card be used towards a purchase?
- Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can a gift card be used to buy a Gift Card?
- No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can a Gift Card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
- Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Yes as long as the item hasn't been sent. If it is a personalised item we can cancel your order as long as the item hasn't been started, just send us an email.
How can I contact someone regarding my order?
- Please use the Contact-Us page to get in touch with a team member. Inquiries will be responded to within twenty-four hours.
Do you offer refunds?
- Lasorah is committed to providing amazing service and beautiful gifts every time you order. If your item is faulty or doesn’t arrive in the condition we sent it (or doesn’t arrive) we will happily give you a refund or re-deliver your gift. If however you have made a mistake or given us incorrect information we will work with you and try our best to rectify the situation however it is your responsibility to make sure the address, delivery instructions and information you give us are correct. Please check them thoroughly! We’re unable to refund if you change your mind . If you have any concerns with your purchase please get in touch via email to info@lasorah.co.za within 7 days of delivery to talk to us about how we can come to an agreeable outcome. If your good arrive damaged, please provide us with a photo of the gift so we can take this up with our courier service.
Will I get to see what my gift looks like?
- We make use of our WhatsApp Business Account to send photos of your gift so you know exactly what it looks like before it heads out the door to your recipient.
